The forms and documents listed below can be downloaded and printed from your PC. To view a document or form, just click on the link. To download a document or form, follow the instructions for your browser below.
If you are using Internet Explorer:
- Move the mouse cursor over the document you wish to download (the cursor will change into a hand pointer). Right click the mouse button.
- Choose the "Save target as..." option.
- Select the location on your PC where you wish to save the document. Click the Save button. You may now access the document from your PC to print it.
- Click on the document link you wish to view or download. A dialog box will open up asking if you wish to save the file to a disk or open it.
- Choose "Open it". The file will open in the appropriate application (i.e. Word, Excel, etc).
- Once the file is open you may choose to print it or save it to your PC.

This document provides the procedure to be used when e-mailing reports from Colleague reporting screens. If you do not have access to a network printer, this procedure can be used to e-mail a report to yourself for printing from Word.
