SNHU’s Give a Little, Feed A Lot Food Drive
To Benefit NH Food Bank
Manchester, N.H. (Aug. 31, 2010) – Southern New Hampshire University, in partnership with the NH Food Bank, is holding its second annual Give a Little, Feed a Lot food drive on Sept. 11. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. outside SNHU’s Dining Center; food collection starts at 10 a.m.
A rain date is scheduled for Sept. 12. Call 603-314-7965 for weather updates.
The collection will cover nearly 2,400 homes starting at Bicentennial Drive to Appleton Rd. throughout Manchester’s North End. The food will then be delivered by event volunteers, representatives from SNHU’s Center for Service and Community Involvement and the NH Food Bank to its downtown location.
