Southern New Hampshire University was recognized in the recently completed “2010 Great Colleges to Work For” survey conducted by The Chronicle of Higher Education. This is the third year in a row that SNHU has received recognition in the “Medium Colleges” category for Overall Satisfaction Compensation and Benefits.

The Chronicle of Higher Education’s survey results were based on responses from more than 46,000 employees on 275 campuses.  The Modern Think Higher Education Insight Survey has been specifically designed to assess workplace quality at institutions of higher education.

President Paul Leblanc when asked to comment about our 2010 recognition replied "At a time when so many organizations have cut back on benefits and even compensation, I am pleased that SNHU is being recognized for the way it continues to support its employees.  We are creating new jobs, paying people well, and providing them and their families with the kind of support, from medical to education, that they need to better their lives.  That's a bright light in these gloomy economic times."
