"100 Artists-100 Tributes: An AIDS Action Project at Artist Proof Studio, Johannesburg" is about HIV and AIDS in South Africa.

This exhibit is comprised of 100 black and white etchings by 97 collaborating artists as a response to a three-day New Start HIV voluntary testing and counseling program at Artist Proof Studio in 2006.

“It is about those who have died with AIDS, but it is equally about those who are living in the era of HIV and AIDS. The work is not merely a lament; it is not merely a memorial; it is not merely about those who have passed on” says Kim Berman, of Artist Proof Studio.
