SNHU to Honor Judicial and Public Safety Alumni

Manchester, N.H. (Nov. 22, 2010) - Southern New Hampshire University’s Office of Institutional Advancement and Justice Studies Department will host three alumni leaders from the judicial and law enforcement community as part of a panel presentation on Wednesday, Dec. 1, at 2 p.m., in room 106 of the Academic Center. This event is free and open to the public.

The honorees include: Karen-Lee Moody ‘07, Chief U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services for the State of Maine; Thomas Tarr ‘70, Chief U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services for the State of New Hampshire; and Robert DeMoura ‘87, Police Chief, Fitchburg,  MA.

The honorees, as part of the panel presentation, will discuss their SNHU experiences and career paths.

A number of other alumni will also be present, including Paul Keenan ‘86, Police Chief of Quincy, MA; Stephen Dubois ‘03, Deputy Police Chief of Portsmouth; and James Sullivan ‘01, Police Chief of Hampton.
