REPORT VIEWER TO EXCEL

The Query Builder 'Output to:' section has an option called Report Viewer.  Once you create a report using Report Viewer, you can easily create an Excel file for the resulting data.

  1. Fill in all report syntax, then choose 'Report Viewer' radio button from the 'Output To:' section.
  2. Launch the report.  (Report Viewer will then open your data report.)
  3. To create the Excel file, Click on the Edit button to activate the dropdown.  Choose 'Select All'.
  4. Click on the Edit button to activate the dropdown again.  Choose 'Copy to Excel'.  (Report will open in Excel.) 

Also...
 There is a 'Copy to Word' option in the Edit button dropdown.  Create an instant table in word with this option! 

There is a 'Copy to HTML Editor' option that will place the data in your default HTML editor - complete with all the HTML table tags!
