New Student Orientation

The Office of Student Life coordinates three SNHU Orientation programs

  • Summer Orientation program occurs at the end of June
  • First Days program is held at the opening of the fall term in August
  • Spring Orientation program offered in January

These programs are required for all full-time, undergraduate students who are new to the university. The programs focus on the social, academic, and personal transition issues that all new students face when going to college.

New student orientation focuses on the social, academic, and personal transition issues that all new students face when going to college.  We coordinate a Spring Orientation for Undergraduate Day students entering in January, a Summer Orientation for our class entering in September, and First Days, which is held Labor Day weekend each year.
