Chocorua Hall

Chocorua Residence Hall contains the Residence Life office, as well as dorm rooms for 66 students. Wellness housing, our substance-free residence area, is located in this residence. Single or double rooms are available.

• Two person room occupancy – 56 rooms
     -(Double room 14' 1" X 11' 3")
• Single person room occupancy – 10 rooms
     -(Single room 14' 3" X 7' 7")
• Rooms furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and desk chair
• Separate common area bathroom/showers for women
• Separate common area bathroom/showers for men
• Common area lounge areas with sofas, chairs, tables and lamps
• Lockable entry to living area
• Laundry facilities in bottom floor of Chocorua Hall
• Each room equipped with one cable and telephone and 2 computer connections for double rooms and one computer connection for single rooms
• Students receive mail in their mailbox located in the Student Center
