Newcastle Hall

The Newcastle Residence Hall was completed in 2001 and houses 200 students. Single and double rooms are available. Amenities include large student lounges and onsite mailboxes. This hall is located near the Athletic complex.

• Two person room occupancy – 93 rooms
• Single person room occupancy – 14 rooms
• Rooms furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and desk chair
• Separate common area bathroom/showers for women & men
• Common area lounge areas with sofas, chairs, tables and TV
• Lockable entry to living area
• Laundry facilities in bottom floor of New Castle Hall
• Each room equipped with one cable and telephone and 2 computer connections for double rooms and one computer connection for single rooms
• Students receive mail in their mailbox located in New Castle Hall

• $4,025 per semester, $8,050 annually

Windsor/Hampton/Washington/New Castle Hall - double

• $3,200per semester, $6,400 annually
