PENpal for Faculty

With PENpal, faculty can view their personal information, change their address or phone number, view their class schedule, view or print their class roster, view their advisees, approve their advisees to register, submit grades and much more!

All faculty should be aware of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations regarding student confidentiality. For more information regarding FERPA, you may contact the Registrar's Office with more specific questions.

For general assistance using PENpal, click on the Frequently Asked Questions link in the upper right corner of the Main menu, or use the HELP tabs that appear on most pages. For additional help, Continuing Education and Graduate faculty should contact their center office, Day Undergraduate and Culinary faculty should contact the Registrar's Office or CLASS, or you can view the PENpal Faculty Tutorial menu once you are logged in.
