About Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Management

Scholarship. Skills. Service. Success. In Southern New Hampshire University’s School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Management, these words aren’t clichés; they’re the foundation of our school. Our commitment to these values helped make us one of only 32 institutions in the entire country to earn accreditation from the prestigious Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration. We are now the only regional institution to hold both ACPHA and American Culinary Federation accreditations.

In our undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs, our faculty will work alongside you as you learn about the hospitality, tourism and culinary management world. You’ll study hard, of course, but you’ll go far beyond the four walls of the classroom. We’ll make it possible for you to get professional experience with world-class companies, and to learn how to give back at the same time. Put it all together, and you’ve got the recipe for long-term career success.

Our students and graduates truly go places – from California to Cannes, France, and beyond. Interns and graduates work for such industry heavy-hitters as Princess Cruises, Walt Disney World, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Emeril’s, Jardiniere and Radius, to name a few.

U.S. students with associate degrees and international students with three-year degrees will want to explore our BASHA (Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration) program, which fuses academics and internships with U.S. hospitality industry partners (think Hyatt, Marriott and other worldwide heavy-hitters).
