What is SNHUPEA?
The Southern New Hampshire University Professional Employee Association (SNHUPEA or "the association") is the collective bargaining body for covered employees. SNHUPEA is not a union.

The purpose of the association is to maintain the appropriate relationship with SNHU for the health, welfare and working conditions of its members which encompasses, but is not limited to, the negotiation of contractual agreements with the University.

Who is a member of SNHUPEA?
Most* full-time/professional/salaried staff and faculty positions are contracted. If your position is 'contracted', you are part of the association and 'covered' by the Master Agreement. All covered employees have been added to the association's listserve.
(see* Master Agreement for specifics on who is covered).

SNHUPEA Dues

Association dues are used to pay for the legal services that the association needs for contract negotiations and pursuing grievances, as well as communications costs such as copies, postage etc. More...
