Corporations and businesses all over the United States encourage their employees to become philanthropists by establishing matching gift programs at the work place. Through matching gift programs, businesses such as RiverStone become philanthropic partners with their employees by increasing the impact of their employees' donations up to three times the amount of the gift.

Donors eligible for matching gifts need to complete forms provided by their employers and forward them with their gifts.
