Solicitation Policy
No solicitation is allowed except with the approval of the Office of Student Life.
The Office of Student Life must approve all advertising by non-university organizations in order to be posted and/or distributed on campus.
Businesses are offered opportunities to promote their products:
- Reserving a table in the Student Center through Conference Services
- Advertising in the student newspaper
Both of these services are offered on a fee basis. All requests will be considered as long as the service represents a benefit to our students and the institution and does not interfere with any contractual agreements the institution has entered into.
Only student clubs and organizations with prior written approval through the Office of Residence Life are allowed to market door-to-door.
If the student group intends to conduct fundraising they need to receive approval from the Office of Student Life as well.
