BEDFORD, N.H. -- Even before the Iowa caucus-goers slipped their paper ballots into the box to finish off their state's moment in the media glare, New Hampshire was getting ready Tuesday to move into the spotlight, and campaign volunteers sprang to action, folding mailers and assembling plastic yard signs...
