Paula Shapazian is the Assistant Director for Housing Operations who is responsible for housing assignments, housing billings and damage assessment billings, monitors the office budgets, coordinates the annual room selection process, assists with the room change process and maintains the office Web site. Matt Petersons is the Assistant Director who is responsible for management of the Resident Assistant Program, manages room key controls, and implements university policy through the judicial process. Rebecca Arno is the Residence Director for the West Side Apartment Area which houses mostly upperclass students. Her area includes Greeley, Kearsarge, Spaulding and Whittier Halls with a total capacity of 291 residents. DaVaughn Vincent-Bryan is the Residence Director for the East Side Residence Hall Area which houses sophomores and some freshmen.
