CED (Ph.D.) Required Courses
Students must complete 54 credit hours of coursework for the Ph.D. Requirements include 5 courses in research methods each with statistics and SPSS software labs, 5 courses in CED theory, 5 courses on dissertation research, and 3 electives in either theory, policy or management. Students must also complete a 4-semester teaching/research Apprenticeship Program, 3 Comprehensive Exams, dissertation proposal, and a dissertation based on original research.
