Strategic Planning Guiding Groups were created for Phase 7 of the Strategic Planning Process.

Guiding Group Charge
Your work or expertise is central to the goal's focus and we believe you'll offer valuable insight into how this goal will be brought to life. In your small group, consulting with other relevant campus experts as they're available and your time permits, please review the goal with an eye to these key 30,000-foot questions:

What do you encourage us to take into consideration as we move forward with that strategic goal?
Do the objectives for the goal make sense and is there anything important that's missing?
Have we identified the most important impacts of that strategic goal?
