  • The only telephone number for reservations is 603.629.4608. To eliminate confusion, requests for reservations left elsewhere will be disregarded. You may also request reservations via email at Please note, problems with either the sender's server or SNHU's server may result in delayed message receipt. For this reason, telephone messages are recommended. When leaving a message, please indicate a contact name, daytime telephone number, date of luncheon or dinner and number of guests in your party. We will confirm all reservation requests within 48 business hours. In the event that you are not able to honor your reservation, please call the above mentioned telephone number as soon as possible so that the space may be offered to a party on the waiting list.
  • Restaurant personnel cannot guarantee that parties of seven or more will be seated together. It may be necessary to divide parties of this size into separate tables. Your understanding is appreciated.
  • Seating for luncheons is between 11:30 a.m. and noon. We reserve the right to refuse seating for guests arriving after noon. This policy ensures that students of the luncheon classes will be afforded sufficient time to attend to certain responsibilities before leaving for their next classes. For this reason also, the restaurant must close promptly at 1:30 p.m. We have one seating for dinner, which seats from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, luncheons are $5 for the 1st selection, $8 for 2 selections, $10 for 3 selections, and $14 for  4 selections. Dinners are $28 per person, price-fixed. Beverages are not included in these prices. A service charge of 15 percent will be added to the bill's total. The money that is generated from this service charge are directed to fund scholarships for the culinary students. Any gratuity goes directly to the student. We apologize that guests are unable to place this additional gratuity on a credit card (or department account, for university personnel). We accept all major credit cards.
  • At times, it may be necessary to cancel or limit reservations for a luncheon or dinner in order to accommodate a University-sponsored function. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Due to limited material resources and last minute menu changes, we are discouraged from faxing menus. Menus are posted outside the restaurant in the Hospitality Center and online.
