The cafe offers fresh pastries, cookies, breads, cakes, the best hot chocolate on campus and much more.

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we offer lighter fare from our Cafe e Dolce and invite you to relax with friends in The Quill.
Enjoy these lunch favorites du jour:
- Panini (meat or vegetarian, freshly toasted on our Panini grill)
- Soup (chowders, bisques, and old-fashioned soups made with our homemade broths)
- Salad (wide variety of greens and toppings – choice of dressing)
Or stop in for a snack:
- Fresh homemade yogurt (choice of toppings – granola, banana, strawberry sauce and/or peach sauce.)
- Lattes, frappucinos, espressos, mochas, even a great café au lait!
For a more formal experience, join us at The Quill for an Italian bistro luncheon on Tuesdays and Fridays. Seatings are at 11:15, 11:30 and 11:50am. On Thursday nights enjoy cuisine from many parts of the world.
