Southern New Hampshire University is led by President Paul J. LeBlanc, who joined the staff in 2003 after serving for seven years as president of Marlboro College in Vermont. An authority on technology and education, Dr. LeBlanc has testified before the United States Senate Judiciary Committee on questions of intellectual property and fair use, and has consulted with foundations on questions of the liberal arts and technology.
