International Student Services
Students from other countries find a welcoming community at Southern New Hampshire University. With students and alumni from more than 70 nations, SNHU celebrates our international diversity as one of the most internationally diverse campuses in northern New England—and our faculty members have taught all over the world.
International Student Services, located in Belknap Hall, assists and supports international students and scholars while they are at Southern New Hampshire University. Center staff also work with the student-led International Student Association and other campus departments to promote inter-cultural events.We provide orientation programs, immigration advising, travel documents, enrollment certification, information about applying for a Social Security number and driver's licenses, practical training assistance and crosscultural adjustment counseling for international students and others coming to SNHU. The staff adheres to the principles and standards set forth by NAFSA: Association of International Educators and works to achieve the goals and objectives of the University's Division of Academic Affairs.
