Traci graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with a degree in journalism and minors in creative writing and video production. After making her way to New Hampshire and working as a professional journalist for four years, she went back to school and received an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University's Bouve School. Traci is a NH licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor and a nationally certified counselor.
Prior to joining SNHU as a University Counselor, Traci was an Emergency Services Clinician for over six years with the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. While there she became a certified member of the Granite State Critical Incident and Stress Debriefing team and also acted as Community Liaison, on behalf of the Mental Health Center, to many of Manchester's culturally diverse groups and organizations. Traci also acts as Chairman for the Greater Manchester Cultural Diversity Task Force and is a member of various New Hampshire cultural diversity boards.
Using her multimedia skills, Traci has acted as director and stage manager for various state theatre groups and as co-director, chief videographer and still photographer for several independent movie projects. She also continues to write on a freelance basis. During her down time Traci enjoys her husband, her three cats, reading, movies, music, theatre, comic books and various art projects.
Sharon Dyer
University Nurse
Shepard Gill School of Nursing at Mass General Hospital, LPN
Sharon is a graduate of Shepard Gill School of Nursing. Prior to joining SNHU, Sharon was Coordinator of the Health Center at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center for eighteen years. She has also worked in long term care and taught Lamaze classes.
Sharon is a member of the New Hampshire Board of Nursing and serves on the ADA and Road to Recovery Committees. She is also a member of the Developmental Disability Nursing Association.
Sharon enjoys her cottage at the beach, her four grandchildren and their athletic events, travel, especially to Ireland and is an avid reader.
Jet Goldberg
Director

Jet is a graduate of Brandeis University, where she received a B.A. in psychology. After working for several years as a crisis counselor at the Greater Manchester Mental Health Center she received an M.A. in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Rivier College. Jet is a licensed certified mental health counselor. a nationally certified clinical mental health counselor and a nationally certified crisis worker.
Jet has been the Coordinator of Counseling Services here at SNHU from 1995 to 2005 and prior to that was a counselor and adjunct faculty at Notre Dame College for six years.
Her past professional experience includes developing and directing the Admissions Department at Lake Shore Hospital and working as Program Director of the VIPS Program for the New Hampshire Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect.
She has 24 years experience offering training and counseling in the areas of child abuse, suicide and crisis intervention. Jet has served on numerous boards promoting the interests of children, young adults and families. She has served as chairperson and active member of the Adolescent Suicide Awareness Program of Greater Manchester and is past President of the New Hampshire Mental Health Counselor Association.
Jet's first love, after her family, is soccer. She is a Grade 8 soccer referee and in the evenings and weekends in the spring and fall she is likely to be found at one of the soccer fields in the city. Jet also enjoys music, theater and watching football.
Sheila Lambert

Sheila is a graduate of Plymouth State College where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education with an option in substance abuse counseling. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and has been working in the substance abuse and dual diagnosis field for 21 years. She also is a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to professionals who work in the substance abuse field. She has worked in various modalities of treatment as coordinator of inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, day partial hospitalization programs, and owns her own private practice. She has completed many graduate courses on addiction and has received extensive training on alcohol and other drugs, dual diagnosis, relapse prevention and clinical supervision. She has worked in Higher Education for the last 4 years and her passion for working with college students continues to grow! Her wellness education to students is from a holistic approach helping students to take care of them selves physically, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, and occupationally.
In addition to her half time coordinator of wellness position, she has a private practice where she works with clients and family members who have alcohol or other drug problems or concerns.
She is a mother of two teenage daughters who on a daily basis keeps her in check. She is the cheerleader of her children in hockey, field hockey and lacrosse. Her favorite place to be is at Lake Winnipesaukee with her husband and children, where her and her family “retreat”. She continues to stay connected to her high school and college friends who continue to keep her young and help her to remember that humor is crucial to wellness.
Dr. Michael Murphy, III

M.D. University of Vermont School of Medicine
Dr. Murphy was graduated by the University of Notre Dame in 1971, with a Bachelor of Science (pre-med), and from the University of Vermont School of Medicine, with a Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1975. His post graduate medical internship was taken at Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh, with a Fellowship in Gastroenterology from 1978-80 at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island.
Dr. Murphy has been practicing in internal medicine and gastroenterology in Manchester since 1980 and he served as head of medicine at Catholic Medical Center from 1985 to 1990. In his spare time, Dr. Murphy is an avid football fan and enjoys coaching football.
Catherine L. Pollock
Senior Administrative Assistant
Catherine began her career as a clerk in finance and mortgages. She continued as a processor and rose to senior processor at UC Lending traveling to various northeast branches to train new processors. Catherine took some time off to be a stay-at-home mom for 7 years and has recently stepped back into the work force. Catherine is exceptionally lucky because she has two loves in her life; her son Nicholas who recently started first grade and her son Cameron, who is happy socializing in preschool with lots of friends.
Being born and raised here in Manchester she enjoys traveling and spending time with her children. The ocean is where she feels at home; at one with her spiritual self. Catherine also enjoys reading and staying active; and with raising two boys, active is exactly what she is!
Catherine is on a new path and ready to take on the challenge of a new career. She is continuing her schooling here at SNHU to further pursue her educational ambitions and is looking forward to a long and happy relationship with SNHU!
Nancy White

Nancy has obtained a Practical Nursing License from the Moore General Hospital and a bachelors degree in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University. Nancy joined the institution in 1972 and has worked as both university nurse and Coordinator of Health Services, has an interest in alternative health and encourages students to take responsibility for their health. Her personal interests include, reading, gardening, cross stitch, stained glass and kayaking.
