The counseling service offers professional trained staff to assist students in coping with problem areas in their life that might interfere with maximizing their college and life potential. We can assist you in assessing those areas and help you find new understanding.
Examples of some difficulties experienced by college students include problems in interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, poor sleep habits, anger, body image,conflict's with ones family, and grieving over the loss of a friend or family member.
Services provided by the counseling service are confidential and include individual and group counseling, referral to off campus resources, crisis assessment, consultation, educational programs and educational videos.
