Operations management focuses on the effective management of resources and activities that produce or deliver the goods and services in manufacturing and service organizations. This certificate program is designed to expose you to OM concepts and techniques to effectively manage the people, materials, equipment and processes that a business needs to design, produce and deliver its goods and services.
