Culinary Student Association

The Culinary Student Association promotes and encourages students to become involved in activities which enrich and broaden their culinary knowledge.  The promotion of such activities include: seminars, attendance at regional conferences, food competitions, dining out, catering events in the Hospitality Center facilities and much more. The Culinary Team, Culinary Knowledge Bowl Team and the Ice Carving and Pastry Clubs are actively supported by the CSA.
