Review of Alleged Misconduct by a Club or Organization
Alleged misconduct by a club or organization should be reported to the Office of Student Involvement. The administrator responsible for this area will consider the allegations. The administrator will collect reports and may interview those involved. The organization’s responsibility will be determined and an appropriate sanction imposed. If it is a minor violation, a staff member will investigate and impose the appropriate sanction.
If it is determined to be a major violation, the case will be handled by the Assistant Dean for Student Rights and Responsibilities and could include the involvement of the Director of Campus Programming and Leadership. If an organization wishes to appeal the decision, it should do so through the Assistant Dean of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
