Misconduct by a Club

Review of Alleged Misconduct by a Club or Organization

Alleged misconduct by a club or organization should be reported to the Office of Campus Programming & Leadership. The administrator responsible for this area will consider the allegations. The administrator will collect reports and may interview those involved. The organization’s responsibility will be determined and an appropriate sanction imposed. If the violation is a Tier 1 offense, a staff member will investigate and impose the appropriate sanction.

If a Tier 2 offense is involved, the case will be presented to the director of campus programming & leadership or the vice president for student affairs for a decision. If an organization wishes to appeal the decision, it should do so through the Student Disciplinary Review Board.
