The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of  Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act requires that institutions which participate in Federal student aid programs provide information to the public regarding campus safety and security policies and procedures.  Statistics regarding crimes related to their campuses must also be reported.  This information must be  provided in three types of records: (1) an annual report, (2) a daily campus crime log and (3) "timely reports" regarding crimes that present an ongoing threat to the campus community.  Clery Crime Statistic information is available through the Office of Public Safety, located in Belknap Hall.
