Sport Management Club

The purpose of this organization is to provide students the opportunity to experience the different aspects of the Sport Industry and to learn, first hand, about the field of Sport Management.  This club will broaden the perspectives of its members and provide opportunities for them to network with individuals and organizations in the Sport Industry.  These opportunities will assist the students in attaining both industry experience and contacts for potential internships and/or future jobs.  Opportunities offered by the club may include such things as; sport events (on and off campus), tournament development and operations, tour of sport facilities and organizations, speakers, fundraising and other activities.

Past events:
 - Spring break trip to work with the Detroit Lions
-  National Girls and Women’s in Sport day
- Alumni have come and talked about their career experiences
