This is a course in strategic management and change management. It covers managerial principles and tools central to the development, implementation, and review of strategy for organizations, and the role of organizational leadership in managing continuous change. Topics in strategic management include internal and external environmental analysis; value, competition, and strategic choice; strategic positioning; and implementation and control issues. Topics in change management include models and applications of change management, and leading and sustaining change.
