This course will use Charlotte Danielson's "Enhancing Professional Practice: A Framework for Teaching" as a common tool for self-reflection in a professional learning community. Participants will reflect on their own practices through this common lens. As part of this reflection, each participant will create a professional electronic portfolio to showcase personal evidence of effective practices.
