This course focuses on the nuts and bolts of developing a cooperative. We will look at how to develop a business plan for a cooperative. Students will examine and evaluate bylaws and articles of incorporation, and will have opportunities to meet with developers of cooperatives. The class will also explore the financing tools available for the development of a cooperative.
