Our coaching program is part of our ongoing commitment to faculty development and training. This is a terrific opportunity for existing adjunct faculty to expand their professional development and share their knowledge of SNHU COCE culture, best practices, resources, and systems. As a coach for new adjunct faculty members, you will provide the final stage of tutelage and create a successful transition from theory to practice. In this role you will support an adjunct cohort throughout their first teaching assignment. Responsibilities include specified pre, mid, and post-term evaluations, as well as informal outreach/check-ins and fielding of questions that may arise from new instructors within the cohort. In this role, you will be coaching up to 15 new adjunct faculty members. To ensure this successful transition, your support team will be the Associate Deans, Faculty Support Services, Course Development, Student Advising, and the Help Desk (tech support).
