Facilities Management
Facilities Management supports the University by providing maintenance services through a variety of trades, such as carpentry, electrical, locksmith, plumbing, hvac, janitorial and grounds. We manage office and staff relocations as well as large and small campus projects.
Facilities checks work order e-mails during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). For emergencies after hours, please call Public Safety at ext. 9700 in addition to submitting an Administrative Office Work Order
The Facilities Management Department is a professional “in-house” service organization dedicated to providing safe, functional facilities that are clean, attractive, accessible, and conducive to learning. We shall construct, maintain, operate, and protect university facilities, and environs in a safe and efficient manner for this and future generations. We are committed to continually improving our service delivery systems as well as our operational systems to insure the best possible service.
