My doctoral work was completed at Texas Tech University with a Doctor of Education degree in Instructional Technology. My dissertation was related to the effect of technology on intrinsic motivation and flow theory in computer-based information access activity. My current research interests include network management, policy and security, technology design and deployment in ecommerce, and emerging technology adaptation and diffusion in education.
