Dr. Schragle-Law teaches courses in organizational behavior and leadership. Her research interests focus on leadership, learning organizations and project management. Prior to her position at the university, she was employed as Director/Manager of Human Resources Development in health care, high technology, and insurance industries. She has also lived and worked in Ecuador and Greece. Dr. Schragle-Law's publications include "Preparing Students for Learning Organizations", SNHU Journal.
