Professor Rubin incorporates meaningful quantitative analysis into his class presentations. In 1991 he was awarded SNHU "Teacher of the Year" recognition. Professor Rubin has contributed articles to the Marketing News, consults, and his proudest achievement is obtaining US Patent # 6,823,320 for his Automated Valuation software. He and his wife Andrea own 3 horses, 4 donkeys, 3 sheepdogs, 7 cats and 2 bunnies that keep him busy away from school.
