Gina Arnone
- Student; On Campus
Gina is learning about and experiencing advertising design and management while working toward her B.S. She also is working on minors in marketing and graphic design.
“I like the community experience where there are small classes, all the professors know my name, and you run into familiar faces everywhere you go,” she says. “SNHU is the community for me.”
SNHU’s Ad Lab offers unique advertising classes in which students create campaigns for local companies.
“Being an account executive in advertising campaigns has helped me get hands-on experience and learn the importance of communication between clients and firm’s representatives,” she says.
Gina works in SNHU’s Marketing & Communications Division and next term will fly to Greece for an advertising internship.
“I am so excited to learn about the field of advertising in another country and what it's like to work there,” she says.
While she is studying abroad, the university will miss her commitment and dedication. A Peer Educator of the Month for the Learning Center, Gina devotes her time outside of the classroom and work to tutoring and mentoring. As a resident assistant, she plans programs for her floor, handles maintenance requests and makes sure no problems occur.
Gina enjoys meeting her residents on move-in day. She makes sure they have everything they need and provides advice that makes the transition easy.
