Swain_David
Teaches Shakespeare, Renaissance British literature, and writing. He received his Ph.D from University of Massachusetts Amherst, and is co-editor of Tudor England: An Encyclopedia (2001), author of several articles on the history of medicine, and editor of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night for the Broadview Anthology of British Literature (2009). He is currently working on articles on printing history, Thomas Dekker’s Shoemaker’s Holiday, and Twelfth Night. He writes the blog Early Modern Renaissance.
