GMILCS Open Requests

Shapiro Library patrons now have convenient access to books and other media available at Manchester -area GMILCS libraries. GMILCS’ new Open Requests service allows SNHU community members to search the GMILCS libraries catalog, and request items by clicking the “Request Item” button. You will need to log in to the system using the bar code number on your ID and your PIN, which is 1234. This PIN will also be needed when requesting SNHU owned books. When available, requested items will be delivered to the Shapiro Library, and you will receive an email notice. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of local public libraries’ collections of popular fiction, books on current hot topics, and other media such as CDs and DVDs.
