What: Back by popular demand!   SNHU welcomes back with pride three Culinary Program alumni who have “made it big” in the restaurant industry:

Who: Chris Kolwicz, Executive Chef, Wychmere Harbor Beach and Tennis Club; Peter Silva, Former Executive Chef, Intervale Country Club; and Deanne Steffan, Assistant Pastry Chef, Blue Ginger

Choice 1:Chilled Pea Soup with Vegetable Ragout, Mascarpone Drizzle and Parmesan Tuile
Choice 2: Wild Mushroom Soup with Tarragon Cream and Drizzle of Truffle Oil

Warm Roasted Beet Salad  over Micro Green and Sliced Red Onion Salad with Citrus Vin

Choice 1: Herb Crusted Tuna  Carpaccio with Avocado
Choice 2: Crab Roll ( cucumber, sprouts, basil, carrots, toasted sesame seeds) with Ginger Sauce

Choice 1: Pork Loin with Roasted Baby Carrots and Parsnip-Cauliflower Mash
Choice 2: Grilled Filet of Beef with Asparagus, Shiitake and Fennel Ragu finished with Pinot Noir Demi Glace with Roasted Medley of Fingerling Potatoes
