Hockey Places 10 on ECAC Northeast All-Academic Team

CAPE COD, Mass. – The Southern New Hampshire University ice hockey team placed a league-high 10 players on the 2007-08 ECAC Northeast All-Academic Team that was released recently.  The team featured a total of 83 student-athletes from the league’s 17 institutions.

To be named to the All-Academic team, the student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale, and have competed in at least one-half of his team's contests during the current season (a goaltender must have played at least 33 percent of his team's minutes).

Below are the Southern New Hampshire University student-athletes named to the squad:
