Ryan Thompson Plays in New Hampshire All-Star Game Against Nashua Pride

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Ryan Thompson (Westford, MA), who recently wrapped up a four-year career with the Southern New Hampshire University baseball team, was named to the New Hampshire College All-Star Team that played an exhibition contest against the Nashua Pride, the defending champions of the independent Can-Am League, on Tuesday, May 20.  The team is comprised of the top senior players from seven New Hampshire intercollegiate baseball programs.

Thompson was a four-year starter for Southern New Hampshire, playing in 142 games over his career while making 138 starts.  He ended his career with 151 career hits, good for sixth place in program history.  In 2008, while serving as a co-captain, Thompson started all 39 games for the Penmen and had 34 hits while driving in 10 runs.
