Full-time - Project Manager
Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Project Manager to work full time within
the Facilities Management Department. Under the direction of the Assistant Director and
Director of Facilities Management, the project manager will manage major and minor
university projects. The project manager may also be involved as a resource person with
new construction. This position will have snow removal responsibilities and will require
supervision of at least 4 university employees, as well students, and interaction with all
trades personnel. The position requires extensive knowledge of building construction and
remodeling trades, practices and procedures, techniques, tools and equipment.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years in all
phases of residential/ commercial construction, as well as minimum of 5 years supervisory
experience. An ability to climb ladders, to lift at least 100lbs, to work in inclement
weather, and possess a valid NH driver’s license are also required.
