CED Student Project - Delvin Walker

Delvin Walker, of Los Angeles, is working with the Watts Credit Union to develop and test new products for payday loan service customers. He posits that credit unions are uniquely designed to serve such customers without using predatory practices. His thesis will include research and recommendations on ways to replicate new products successfully tested at Watts Credit Union.

Walker is a general contractor and founder of Buildmasters Plus in Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of Southern California.
