Center for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation
Presents Discussion on Web Tools for Entrepreneurs

Manchester, N.H. (Feb. 18, 2009) – Southern New Hampshire University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation continues its four-part speakers series Feb. 24 with “Web Tools for Entrepreneurs.” The series is held the last Tuesday of each month through April, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in SNHU’s Mara Auditorium in Webster Hall. It is free and open to the public.

Ian Muir, a web developer at Amplify Studios in Manchester and the founder of Sunder Media, will speak. Muir has also worked for several prominent technology companies in New Hampshire.

The Internet has quickly become a critical part of the technology ecosystem. New sites and applications are launched daily and things can quickly become overwhelming to small business owners and entrepreneurs.  This presentation will focus on filtering out the noise and finding the applications and sites you can use to become more efficient, organized and connected, without needing a degree in computer science. Topics will include tools for business, travel, communication and cloud computing.

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation has the socially responsible mission to support the community through its educational programs and business/nonprofit assistance efforts. CESI provides value to SNHU students through educational programs in small business management and entrepreneurship offered by the SNHU School of Business and the Department of Organizational Leadership.

Please contact Prof. Keith Moon at k.moon@snhu.edu for additional information.
