The One Stop is the place for all of your financial aid, billing, and payment needs.  Our associates are cross-trained in both financial aid and student financing options to assist you with understanding your financial responsibilities

SNHU Payment Plan Options for Full-Time Day Students:

  • Semester Balance in Full: Balance is paid to Southern New Hampshire University (ex: cash, check, credit card, approved Parent PLUS loan, other  a private student loan or any combination that pays the net semester's balance in full).
  • Monthly Payment Option: Monthly Payment arrangements can be set-up with Tuition Management Services (TMS - located at www.afford.com/snhu).  Monthly payments allow you to space out interest-free payments. A small enrollment fee applies. One Stop can help with ensuring that you set up a plan that matches the amount you owe.

Activating your Financial Aid:

Direct Stafford Loans: Completion of an online Entrance Loan Counseling session and an electronic Master Promissory Note are required for all first-time loan borrowers. Complete both requirements at http://www.studentloans.gov/ and review these steps to assist you.

Perkins Loan: Through the summer, Perkins Loan recipients receive notification emails directing them to complete a Perkins Loan Master Promissory Note.

Payment Due Dates:

Payment of the net balance due must be received in the One Stop by August 1st. Spring tuition is due by January 1st. Outstanding balances are subject to finance charges of 18 percent per annum.

Health Insurance Waiver Form:

All U.S. undergraduate day students are enrolled automatically in a health care plan managed by the university.  To waive this charge, submit a health insurance waiver form to One Stop by August 1st.
