Culinary Arts Alumni Showcase Dinner - April 23

The Alumni Showcase Dinner includes a 5-course gourmet meal prepared by current culinary students with guidance from our guest alumni chefs.  The event is April 23 in the Hospitality Center Restaurant. Seating is at 6 p.m.

This year features true stars in the Classes of 1998 to 2000:

  • William Kovel, executive chef at the Four Seasons’ acclaimed Aujourd’hui, one of the top ten rated restaurants in New England.

  • Anthony Mazzotta spent three years  at Napa Valley’s The French Laundry, and opened Per Se in New York, both 3-star Michelin award-winners.

  • Mazzotta’s new restaurant Sasso is the toast of Boston, recently winning Wine Spectator’s 2008 Award of Excellence.

  • Executive Chef Robin King’s Stella in Boston’s South End has been celebrated by the New York Times and Boston Magazine.

  • Michael McGinley, regional director of the Chipotle Grill (Food With Integrity) named one of the top ten new small chains in "Restaurant News."

Tickets are $75 per person and must be purchased in advance. This event sells out quickly each year, so please purchase your tickets early. For reservations, please call 603.629.4608.
