SNHU’s ‘The Extra Mile’ Goes Gold

Manchester, N.H. (May 1, 2009) Southern New Hampshire University’s Marketing and Communications Division was awarded the Gold Award for the Extra Mile Magazine in the 24th Annual Admissions Advertising Awards within the "Publications/ External" section. 

The Admissions Advertising Awards is the largest educational advertising awards competition in the country.  This year, over 2,000 entries were received from more than 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools from all 50 states and several foreign countries. 

The Extra Mile Magazine was judged by a national panel of admissions’ marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals and the editorial board of Admissions Marketing Report. 

The Admissions Advertising Awards sponsored by Admissions Marketing Report, has been the nation's leading marketing publication for higher education for the past 25 years. 

The Marketing and Communications Division, in partnership with Mindpower, Inc., also won gold for the 'Go the Extra Mile' campaign for best Television/Advertising series at the 23rd Annual Admissions Advertising Awards.
