'In Retrospect' with Irene B. Shores at SNHU's Pantano Gallery

Manchester, N.H. (Aug. 27, 2009) – "In Retrospect,” an exhibition of artist Irene B. Shores paintings, will run in Southern New Hampshire University's Pantano Gallery through September and October.

A resident of Deerfield, Brunn-Shores prefers oil as her medium. She has been painting with oils since 1975 and studied with various well-known artists throughout the state, including Sister Eva LeDoux of Manchester and Loren Percy of Gilford. She has taken classes in charcoal drawing and watercolor at the University of New Hampshire and is a longtime member of the Manchester Art Association.

The Pantano Gallery is located in Southern New Hampshire University's Shapiro Library and is open Mondays through Thursday from 8 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to midnight.
